MBA students who are members of the New Histadrut and meet its criteria, under the Open University–Histadrut cooperation. Eligibility is checked on the Histadrut's 'Lomdim U'Mitkadmim' site.
On the Histadrut 'Lomdim U'Mitkadmim' site choose bachelor's and master's, filter to the Open University programme and run the eligibility check; attach the approval to your programme application documents.

Tuition financing arrangements for a degree, offered by the Open University together with the Sachal fund: up to 60 instalments on special student terms without index linkage. The loans are granted by commercial banks, not by the fund directly. A further arrangement can be requested each semester and academic year. Arrangements are subject to Sachal's regulations and to approval by the institution and the financial institution.
