Who can apply

Application conditions include degree study, a passed academic course and active registration (2026C or 2027A in this call); Israeli citizenship/residency; remaining paid study; no full external funding, multiple-award exclusion or Open University funding entitlement. Previous scholarship-course obligations and disciplinary restrictions also apply. Undergraduate failures must not exceed the lower of 60% or five courses (successful retakes excluded). These allow review, not an award; socioeconomic assessment is separate.

How to apply

Documents

Required: three recent months of bank transactions and detailed balance statements for the applicant and spouse (parents if the applicant has no account). Income, rent and benefit documents depend on the case. Submit these only to the university’s application system; Vizo does not request or assess them.

Conditions after the award

Award amount is decided individually. Credit goes to the Open University tuition account for study; it cannot be exchanged for cash, extended after expiry or refunded retrospectively for earlier semesters (except the award semester). It does not fund tuition at a destination university after transfer.
